Alexander Judson Kessler Partner

Alexander Judson (A.J.) Kessler has been an associate at Grant & Kessler since
2011.  A.J.'s experience has focused on the litigation of complex collection
matters, including obtaining attachments, installing receivers, and
recovering fraudulently conveyed assets.  In addition, he has helped clients
properly structure commercial and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Grant & Kessler, A.J. was a certified law clerk at the San
Diego District Attorney's Office, where he argued a variety of motions in
which defendants claimed their Constitutional rights had been violated.
Beginning in 2009, he worked as a law clerk, where he helped lead counsel
prepare for multi-million dollar trials.

A.J. is a UCLA alumni, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of
San Diego in May 2011, where he was Vice President of the Vis International
Commercial Arbitration Moot team and competed in international moot
competitions in Hong Kong and Vienna.

In his spare time, A.J. is an avid photographer, pilot, certified scuba
diver, and tennis player.
